Podcast: Manager Tools / 「管理職の心得」
This is one of my favorite poscasts. It will give you a bunch of tips for management.
In this podcast, Mark Horstman and Michael Auzenne another speaker (forgot his name) will have a talk on a certain topic. As they talk in free form, the speed of talk is rather fast, especially compared to the iKnow dictation. However, it is easy to understand since they broke the contents in plain English.
If you haven't read about business management, you may want to start from Manager Tools “Basics”.
My personal hit was Secrets of a Great Handshake.

私のお気に入りのpodcastの一つです。「管理職の心得」ってやつですかね。
Mark HorstmanとMichael Auzenneもう一人（名前忘れた）の掛け合い漫才みたいなものです。普通にしゃべっているので話すスピードはディクテーションよりもかなり速いと思いますが、内容がかなり噛み砕かれているので分かりやすいのではないかと思います。
この手のビジネス管理ものが初めての人は「Manager Tools “Basics”」から始めるといいでしょう。
