It's been already about a half of the week. But I'll be really busy in the rest of the week. We are going for driving to NJ.
I recently started reading Haruki Murakami's "Yagate Kanashiki Gaikokugo (YKG, thereafter)" again. I like his novels and essays very much. This essay was written when he and his wife stayed in Priceton and Boston from 1991 to 1993. In particular, every time I read this essay, it brings me different feelings as my living situation here and understanding of the U.S. changes.
I couldn't find the English translation of this book in Amazon search although I thought there are some. It seems that only his novels are availablein translation. In YKG, I particularly like some of the points he mentioned, so I will bring those here as long as it won't violate copyright.
