この会社では成長できないというのは甘えているだけ。
成長するためには、自分がどんな生き方をしたいのかまず考え、
それを前提に仕事を選ばないといけない。何でもいいから目標を
掲げないことには、仕事はつまらなくなるだろうし、前にも
進めないのです」

こんなんでましたけど。(拙訳)

After all, it is up to you whether you will succeed or not.
If you think that I can be improved at this company or
that I can't be improved any more at this company, you are
certainly spoiling yourself. To improve yourself, first, think
how you want your life to be, and choose your career based on
your ideal life. Without a goal, whatever it would be, you will
get bored with your job and can't make a step forward.
